I'm glad it wasn't overcast this evening as it

gave me a chance to practise taking photos of our moon.

That is a WONDERFUL photo of the moon! How did you get such a close up?

I used the landscape setting on my canon SX10 instead of my canon A550. I suppose the more expensive camera has a bigger lens but at the same time, the moon did look huge in the sky that night.
